Ingredients for Vegetable Spring Rolls

• 8 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup chopped carrot
• 2 tablespoons light soya sauce
• 3 pinches salt
• 2 tablespoons refined oil
• 1 bunch chopped coriander leaves

• 2 pinches salt
• 1/2 cup chopped capsicum (green pepper)
• 1/2 cup chopped cabbage red
• 1 gm grated ginger
• 2 teaspoons powdered black pepper
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

How to Make Veg Spring Rolls at home

Step 1
This quick and easy Vegetable Spring Roll recipe is easy to prepare! This is a popular Indian appetizer recipe that can be made at home using simple steps below. Make the outer coating by mixing plain flour, cornflour and water in a large bowl. Then, add salt to the mixture and mix well.

You must also ensure that there are no lumps and that the batter is evenly seasoned. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Next, oil the pan. When the pan is hot enough to handle, pour some of the batter into it. Then tilt the pan to make thin pancakes.

Turn the heat to medium until the edges begin to separate. Transfer the pancake to a plate once the sides have started to peel. The other side should not be cooked. Next, stack the wrappers with a little flour between them. Keep the cooked side up.
