Mac and Cheese Pops – Nutrition, Ingredients, and a Recipe

Cheese Pops and Mac and Cheese:
• Salt
• 220 gms small pasta shells
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 6 eggs whisked
• 100 gms bread crumbs

Dipping Sauce
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 2 cups whole-grain mustard
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
• Oil for frying

Directions
One 30 gms scoop of ice cream, 10 to 15 lollipop stick.

Mix the butter and flour together. Stir until well blended. Slowly add the milk, stirring until well blended. Slowly add the cheese, stirring until fully incorporated. Salt and pepper to your liking.

Make the mac and cheese pops by bringing to a boil, a large pot of salted water over a medium heat. Drain the pasta. Mix the pasta and cheese sauce in a small saucepan. Let the pasta cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until it thickens.

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until firm. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the mac and cheese. After coating each ball with flour, dip them in the eggwash and then roll them in the breadcrumbs. Finally, place a lollipop stick inside each ball.
